ZDI-400 is new generation of automatic arc spraying system developed by xinye company.

The system uses a Siemens high-speed PLC automatic control system, with Siemens touch screen, provides a friendly and clear human-machine interface data display. System supporting the ARC400 gun used Yasukawa servo motor and precision reducer as the wire drive system, wire feeding stability and speed adjustment range has been significantly improved.

ARC400 high efficiency spray gun with a new design:

1. Compact size and light weight. (Reduced by 50% by volume, reduce 60% by weight)

2. The strong current, small burning. (High-current design ensures stable operation at high load)

3. The high speed of the airflow, fine atomization. (Packing and triple atomizer designed to ensure   more uniform coating particles are finer)
