QDIII-250 High-speed Arc spray gun is a production of high efficiency and low energy cost. Its principle is to srart up electric arc through short circuit of two matel wires which have different electric charge.The high heat energy of electric arc melts metal wires and the high speed compressed air atomizes the metal wires into droplet,and accelerates the droplet onto workpiece surface which has be pretreated,then perfect coating is formed.

Appication range
It is mainly used in iron tower,lamp pillar, bridges, sluice gates, ships and steel structure workingpiece long lasting antisepsis and paper making dryer,print roller,crankshaft and other workpiece surface,it’s also suitable for coating of capacitor’s surface.
