ZPG-400A Arc spray equipment is a new developed product with advantages of high efficiency and low energy consumption. Arcspray is a process which using the electric arc as the heat source that produced by electricity, to make the metal wires melted, then atomization and cooling through compressed air, and spraying the it into fine particles and flying toward the surface of the pretreated work pieces with high speed, to obtain ideal coatings.
This set of equipment comprises of ZPG-400A Power control cabinet and QDIII-250 high-speed Arc spray gun. Other required auxiliary equipments: air compressors, air filters and reel carriers for wire dispensing.
Appication range
ZPG-400A Arc spray equipment is mainly used in iron tower,lamp pillar, bridges, sluice gates, ships and steel structure workingpiece long lasting antisepsis and paper making dryer,print roller,crankshaft and other workpiece surface,it’s also suitable for coating of capacitor’s surface.
